I have three children. We adopted one of them in the United States, a son was born in the Philippines, and my daughter was born in India. I met my wife in Australia, and we got married in Fiji. If someone had told me 30 years ago that my life would turn out this way… You are now part of the DB Schenker European Management Board and have been living in Germany for four years. Have you finally settled down? OB: Well, temporarily. But I’m already feeling that restless itch again. I wouldn’t be averse to taking on something overseas again one day. For now, though, we’re very happy here and glad to have four seasons after 26 years abroad, and happy to have cold weather and Christmas markets.
